Our mastermind group participants understand the value of their office manager and have asked about a mastermind framework for their office manager to find support, so we created it! This network provides a platform to understand how other successful businesses run, what systems they have in place, outside vendors and methods to help the practice run more efficiently to save you time and money. We provide a confidential learning environment to help your office manager grow and thrive in their role.
MASTERMIND GROUPS:
- Meet seven times per year (January, February, March, April, August, September and October)
- Include one - 45 minute business coaching session with Strategic Impact Plus
- Include one outside speaker each year (topic TBD by mastermind participants)
